Sometimes your circumstances change that make your estate plan outdated. Does your estate plan match your current circumstances?

Yes, my estate plan is up to date with the correct distributions, beneficiaries, representatives and guardians named.
No, my estate plan must be updated.

Whether you have an estate plan or not, your estate must be administered when you pass away. How important to you is it to make the administration of your estate easy for those you leave behind?

Not important. I will be gone so I don’t care what happens to my things or people I leave behind.
Somewhat important. I think my family can figure out what to do.
Very important. I want to arrange my affairs to not burden my family after I pass.

You can own real estate in your own name, in your name with others, or in the name of your trust. Each form of ownership impacts what happens to it at the time of your death. If you own real estate in this state or other states, is it properly titled?
