Dave has provided customized, personal, and business legal services for over three decades. As a graduate of The Ohio State University and Capital University Law School, Dave was sworn into the bar in the State of Ohio, and all federal courts in Ohio, including the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. In the mid-1980s, Dave focused mainly on litigation, both defense and plaintiff work. However, his primary focus shifted toward personal and business planning in the mid-1990s. While still engaged in both plaintiff and defense business litigation, the practice expanded its focus in the areas of personal estate and business planning and protection and assisting in client’s wealth building and management.

When Dave isn’t working, he enjoys planning and preparing food; anything from a Thanksgiving Feast for 20+ people to grabbing ingredients on the fly from the pantry and fridge to create a fast dinner. Dave and his wife, Julie, of 37 years, raised their four children in Powell, Ohio. The couple loves escaping to Disney World in Florida and spending time with their children, grandchildren, friends, and puppies!
